“I observed that suites range from well-appointed studios to expansive two-bedroom layouts, many featuring kitchens and laundry facilities, which I think is ideal for extended stays. Its Darling Harbour address places guests near the city's attractions, yet the hotel itself offers a relaxing escape with an indoor pool and spa. Personalized touches, such as anniversary acknowledgements, reveal an attention to detail that aims to enhance each guest's experience; it shows commitment.”

a awesome stay

valet parking lovely staff comfortable bed

check-in was easy , and i appreciated the valet parking. the staff were super lovely when i arrived. the room was large and had everything i needed , including a washing machine and a dryer. the beds were very comfortable , and i slept really well .

the sofa smelled a little unpleasant , and i think it needs replacement. i also noticed some mould in the dishwasher , so a deep clean would be a good idea. other than this , everything else was excellent and i'm sure management will rectify this.

Facilities

9/10

the facilities include a pool and a spa area , both accessible from the foyer. the gym is equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes , offering a great workout space. laundry facilities are also available.

suite escape!

comfy beds spacious room great service effortless help

the beds were super comfy. i definitely didn't want to leave them in the morning. our room was really big, like, it had two awesome spots where we could chill out. service? great! they were always ready to help, and everything felt effortless.

the landline phone in the room didn't work, only a minor hiccup.

Service

the receptionist offered a warm welcome upon my arrival, really setting a positive tone. staff members were proactive in addressing my needs, (like immediately helping with my luggage) and always did so with a smile.

Facilities

i found the fitness room quite complete with both cardio equipment and weight machines. the pool area was really clean. i noticed the apartment included lots of toiletries and a well-stocked mini bar with fair prices.
